General Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our educational services. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the conditions outlined below.

Seminar and Course Refunds

Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation request submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled seminar or course start date
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent access to purchased content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • A seminar or course is canceled by Jentamorph for any reason
  • You have not accessed any course materials or attended any sessions

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Cancellation request submitted between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellation request submitted between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled start date: 25% refund

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation request submitted less than 3 days before the scheduled start date
  • After you have accessed course materials or attended any seminar sessions
  • For completed courses or seminars
  • Due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind after the refund eligibility period has passed
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of purchase and you have not accessed more than 10% of available content. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Digital Materials and Recordings

All sales of digital materials, including but not limited to downloadable resources, recorded sessions, and supplementary content, are final. Refunds are not available once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Submit your request within the eligible timeframe as specified above

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes:

  • Credit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3 to 5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7 to 14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Jentamorph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us with detailed information. We will review such requests individually, though approval is not guaranteed.

Group Bookings and Corporate Accounts

Refund policies for group bookings or corporate accounts may differ from standard terms. Please refer to your specific agreement or contact our corporate services team for details.

Changes to Scheduled Events

If Jentamorph reschedules a seminar or course, you will be offered the following options:

  • Transfer to the new date at no additional cost
  • Transfer to an alternative seminar or course of equal value
  • Full refund of your purchase

Currency and Transaction Fees

Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Any currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or payment processing fees charged by third parties are non-refundable and remain your responsibility.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to services pending investigation.

Policy Modifications

Jentamorph reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated.
